The BPC supplied and provided goods and services like Rent A-car-car, Air-cooler, decorative furniture, electric supply, T & T Telephone bill to the British Company Granger System Ltd receiving a confirmed work order.

After receiving the goods the British Company did not pay the bill to BPC amounting to Taka 50 crore and most of the staff of the company fled away. The Bangladeshi Companies requested them repeatedly to pay their dues. In reply the British company said "Give us some time and will pay you"
